Follow-up visits
A follow-up appointment booked within 15 days of your previous consultation with the same doctor has no consultation fee — this is applied automatically when you book. No platform fee or GST applies either, since there's no underlying fee for them to be calculated on.
Emergency consultations
Emergency cases are always given the highest priority in the queue, ahead of scheduled appointment order.
Platform fee & GST
Every paid booking (consultation or emergency, however you pay — online, UPI, or cash at the counter) includes a flat platform fee of ₹ 20.00 plus GST at 0%, calculated on the consultation/emergency fee plus the platform fee together. For example, on a ₹ 500 consultation fee:

How to pay
You can pay the consultation fee online while booking (cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets, via Cashfree), or in person at the counter on the day of your visit. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if you need to cancel after paying.
